Hotel Invoices Management
  hoteliport works with two invoice modes: "Accommodation" and "Roomless".
  Accommodation invoices are generated automatically when bookings are entered into the system. For each room in the reservation, an invoice item is created containing price and description, and these are automatically updated any time the guest's stay is modified.
  Accommodation invoices are connected to the check-out process in such a way that check-out is not allowed until the accommodation invoice is paid.
  Roomless invoices are for sales to non-staying guests or sales which are not billed to any room. Since they can be labelled independently, for example, "Table 1", "Table 2", "Bar bill", "Car rental" and so on, roomless invoices effectively support billing and receipts for anything at all.
  Accommodation invoices are accessed from the Reservation Folios, and Roomless invoices are accessed via the Invoice Manager button in the main hoteliport menu.
  The Invoice Manager also contains invoices for cancelled reservations, to give you an opportunity to edit them as appropriate.
  As with Roomless invoices, additional items can be added to Accommodation invoices using the Point of Sale menu.
