Hotel Online Booking Engine

  hoteliport's direct hotel online booking engine captures commission-free online bookings by smart-phone, tablet and desktop computers. Set its colour-scheme to match your brand, and launch it via links on your hotel website and from links in emails and social-media posts.   The image on the right shows the booking engine for our demonstration "Hotel Sandbox". It shows nine photos of the hotel, three of each room-type and a Google map pin-pointing the hotel's location. The map will even show the mobile device's location, helping the user to find the hotel at street level.

Special rates for direct online booking

 Using the hoteliport rate-plan manager, you can set up the HBW rate-plan with special rates for direct booking. As your guest-to-be selects check-in and check-out dates, availability is automatically checked in the background and rates and policies are updated.  In step two, as the user sets number of rooms and persons, the final price is automatically calculated and shown before step 3, where personal and credit card information is entered.  The online booking engine process ends with the guest receiving a confirming email, the hotel receiving details of the booking, and the reservation is automatically entered into the hotel's hoteliport database.  The Hotel Booking Window can be configured to give immediate or delayed confirmation, to request credit card details, to offer a payment by bank transfer option or to request payment by PayPal. The hoteliport online booking engine is a free add-on for all hotels using the hoteliport hotel booking system.
